This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the klap.life website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").
Klap.life is a self service access control and ticketing system and audio/video platform and it is not responsible for events organization and facilitation as well as quality of published events as well as third parties and customers uploaded content of any kind.

Klap.life is a self service access control and ticketing system and it is not liable for events organization and facilitation as well as event quality and events COVID-19 compliance.
(c): there is and will never be any connection among Klap.life customers in either Business or Consumer mode. Klap.life platform possible links between Klap.life users or customers do no represent any form of agreement between the parties nor form any type of binding relationship. Klap.life does not act as mediator among any of its users unless specified and defined in writing.
You agree to indemnify and hold Klap.life Website Operator and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your Content, your use of the Website or Services or any willful misconduct on your part.
All rights and restrictions contained in this Agreement may be exercised and shall be applicable and binding only to the extent that they do not violate any applicable laws and are intended to be limited to the extent necessary so that they will not render this Agreement illegal, invalid or unenforceable. If any provision or portion of any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is the intention of the parties that the remaining provisions or portions thereof shall constitute their agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all such remaining provisions or portions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
Klap.life will provide assistance to customers only on problems and issues concerning the sale and delivery of tickets. Klap.life will redirect all inquiries and complains related to event details such as but without limitation event dates and times, event location, additional event information non pertaining to sales of tickets and non inserted or updated in Klap.life platform by EVENT ORGANIZER. Event organizer must reply to such inquiries and complaints as soon as possible and in any case before event start. Klap.life is not responsible for the communication between Customers and EVENT ORGANIZER.
Klap.life offer an access control patform services like Licensing Entry Titles therefore Klap.life is not resposible for Collecting Right Societies fees if applicable. Such fees are responsibility of Event Organisers only.
Any Title you purchased from Klap.life remains the property of the Event Organiser and is a revocable licence which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time.
Klap.life is NOT the Organizer of the event but deals with the distribution of tickets on behalf of the Organizer. Consequently, both the type of places and events, experiences, tours and others offered for sale, and the procedures and the amount of reimbursement of the entrance tickets in the event of cancellation of the event, depend exclusively on the Organizer's choices, and are not the responsibility of Klap.life.
Entry Titles are issued on behalf of the Organisation responsible for the event and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
In the event of cancellation of the event, failure to comply with the procedures indicated by the Organizer for the reimbursement of the entrance tickets may result in forfeiture of the right to obtain such reimbursement. The Organizer has the right not to reimburse the price component of the admission ticket represented by the presale right.
In NO case the service fees and commissions charged by Klap.life will be reimbursed or refunded.
The event may be recorded live for use in the forum of sound recording, television videotapes and other means of audio and audio-visual reproductions, now or to be invented.
The purchaser of this ticket consents to participate in the said recordings and grants all necessary consent for Performers Protection Act.
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase – statutory rights not affected, unless otherwise indicated by event Organizer with official public statement.
None of the promoters, performers, sponsors, venue or ticket outlets shall be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any property loss, destruction or theft which shall be entirely at the Holders own risk save where and to the extent that same arises from breach of contract (not due to an events of unforeseen circumstances) by, or the negligent act or omission of such promoter, performers, sponsors, venue or ticket outlets.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse admittance to the ground or any part of the ground or to remove any person or persons from the grounds for reasons of public safety, overcrowding or otherwise as organisers will have no liability for any damage or loss whether consequential or otherwise save that the organisation will refund to the owner of a valid ticket the face value of the ticket.
The ticketholder is responsible for care of ticket after purchase. Sellers/Agents are not responsible for damage or loss of ticket. Admission by full ticket only – no re-admittance unless by prior arrangement.
The ticketholder assumes all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and releases promoter, performer, sponsor, venue, ticket outlets and their employees from any liability thereafter.
The ticket outlet (Klap.life and its sales points) is acting merely as a retailer of this ticket at the request of the promoter and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss incurred by the purchaser of this ticket if the event does not take place in whole or in part.
Before entering, all patrons will be subject to a search in a manner permissible under the law and checked under local COVID-19 regulations. In the interest of public safety where offensive materials are found and COVID-19 risks are exposed anyone refusing to consent to personal search and COVID-19 checks will be denied entry.
The making of a recording of a performer’s performance without their prior consent in writing is a criminal offence. Use of cameras and recording equipment is prohibited.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
Certain events are subject to a ticket outlet handling charge.
Entry Titles cannot be used for promotional purposes unless permitted by the Organiser. Entry Titles may not be resold for more than face value. COVID-19 personal tickets cannot be transferred. Personalized tickets cannot be transferred and personal identification ID can be requested at entry.

Klap.life does not facilitates events of any kind but provides the online ticketing service only.
The Organizer has the right not to reimburse the price component of the admission ticket represented by the presale right at its sole discretion. Refunds for latecomers cannot be guaranteed. Scanned in tickets cannot be refunded in any case.
ORGANIZER can issue refunds via Klap.life/Klap.life only within 90 (ninety) days from original purchase transaction date for credit card payments and 90 (ninety) days for Paypal payments.
After above defined periods ORGANIZER will have to refund customers directly and Klap.life/Klap.life will not be responsible.
After 90 days from original event date Klap.life/Klap.life will pay ORGANIZER in full and all disputes and/or refund requests will be deemed of sole responsibility of ORGANIZER.
Refunded tickets are not valid for event admission.
If disputes arise after such periods Klap.life/Klap.life will not in any case be resposible for such refunds or disputes on behalf of ORGANIZER.
Customers and ticket holders will be referred to the ORGANIZER via the contacts on file from ORGANIZER itself.
The service or pre-sale fees and commissions charged by Klap.life will NOT be reimbursed or refunded under any circumstances.
Customers could receive the tour or experience ticket refund net of bank or credit card transaction fees or credit with 24 hours notice of operator/organizer cancellation.
Customers could also receive the tour or experience ticket refund net of bank or credit card transaction fees or credit in the event of operator /organizer cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you do not show up, you will be charged the full price.
The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of United Kingdom without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of United Kingdom. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the state and federal courts located in United Kingdom, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website.
