- Deposit will be deducted from your total account at the end.

- All reservations will have a tolerance of 15 minutes to be able to access your table. After 15 minutes delay you will have to register with the Host on the waiting list to be able to enter and exchange your pre-consumption.

- In case of arriving after the tolerance time and you decide not to wait on the host's list, you can request a refund of 50% of the deposit paid less bank taxes and fees.

The refund policy will not be applicable in case you want to make changes to the reservation within 12 hours before your appointment.

It will be possible to change the day or the time of the reservation of the tables only once and only before 48 hours of the day of the reservation and if of course the new time is still available or the new date.
