Maura & Shana, currently reside in Rome. They are the pseudonym of the Italian duo Calypse dj and producers formed at the end of 2016. With a lot of years of experience, both in DJing, make them anything but inexperienced in the whole electronic music scene. In 2017 they also starting their career as a producer. In fact in 2017 they release their first release on BeatFreak Recording, by D-Formatiom, with 2 remixes: one from the same Dimas and the second from Oscar L. The EP is supported by many artists, such as DJ Kenny Carpenter, Spartaque and others. In 2017 they make their first appearance at INPUT (Barcelona) with Neverdogs. In 2018 with Magda at the Gay Village in Rome. In 2018 they are supported for the first time by Joseph Capriati [Love 2 Dance (Calypse Remix)] at Festival ULTRA MIAMI. They continue their journey as producers, also publishing labels such as Nervous Records, Lapsus Music, Flashmob Records, NonStop Records, Natura Viva and others.

They are often present on the international scene, as well as nationally. Much loved for their charisma in console because they manage to drag the dancefloor into their mood. They share the same passion for communicating their energy with music, from house music to groovy tech-house, united by the energy that evolves from their sound that involves everyone who listens to them. One of their distinctive features is their technique, pure virtuosity on the decks and an accurate musical research, their DJ sets are characterized by a current and contemporary sound, influenced by house music from the 80s and 90s.
