How do you sum up a year like this 2020? 
Wow, what a year! 
We basically came out of our beta about a year ago and we were ready for a great season of concerts, events and parties ... but no! By the end of March all was cancelled!
We did not loose hope and kept our head down working hard. We teamed up with all our partners and friends and we started to adapt.
Thanks to all that worked with us we developed new ways of doing business and comply with these all new regulations and cancellations. We followed and developed all the features requested by our partners and customers  to be able to keep on working: from the live streaming platform ticketing, to the COVID compliant traceable personal tickets, to the private event functionalities, to the donations and fundraising platform,  to the implementation of experiences and lifestyles ticketing and Book ME! for all our artists!
We got our customer service response time via email, phone or whatsapp down to a maximum of 5 minutes and our payments to event organizer down to 3 business days to help maximize revenues and support for the not too many events available!
