A trial lesson is permitted, but can be booked at the facility's reception desk.
The membership expires after the 10th lesson or
in any case on the expiration date.

The Organizer has the right not to refund the component of the ticket or booking price or the Klap.life service fees. Under no circumstances will the service fees applied by Klap.life be refundable.
