The reservation is valid for a table of up to a maximum of 4 people.
The value of the reservation ticket will be available for drinks and meals on the day of the event.
The reservation is valid for a maximum period of 1 and a half hours.
The maximum waiting time after your time is 30 minutes, at the end of this time the table will be re-assigned.
It is mandatory to show up with the QR code to access.
Free booking changes within 24 hours of the start of the event.
* The cost of the purchased reservation is equivalent to the minimum consumption in the restaurant. If the final cost is less than the booking cost, you will not be given a refund.

In the event of cancellation of the event, failure to comply with the procedures that will be indicated by the organizer for the reimbursement of tickets or reservations may result in forfeiture of the right to obtain such reimbursement. The Organizer has the right not to refund the component of the ticket or booking price or the Klap.life service fees. Under no circumstances will the service fees applied by Klap.life be refundable.
