The type of seats put up for sale on the Klap.life platform and the procedures for refunding tickets or reservations, in the event of cancellation of the event or change in conditions, depend exclusively on the choices of the organizer who must indicate the details in the description of the event inserted into the Klap.life platform, without any intervention and responsibility of Klap.life.

In the event of cancellation of the event, failure to comply with the procedures that will be indicated by the organizer for the reimbursement of tickets or reservations may result in forfeiture of the right to obtain such reimbursement. The Organizer has the right not to refund the component of the ticket or booking price or the Klap.life service fees. Under no circumstances will the service fees applied by Klap.life be refundable.
