Klap.life is niet de organisator van het evenement, maar verzorgt namens de organisator of faciliteit de distributie van tickets en reserveringen. Het type zitplaatsen dat te koop wordt aangeboden op het Klap.life-platform en de methoden voor terugbetaling van tickets of reserveringen, in geval van annulering van het evenement of wijziging van de voorwaarden, zijn uitsluitend afhankelijk van de keuzes van de organisator, die de details in de beschrijving van het evenement opgenomen in het Klap.life-platform, zonder enige tussenkomst en verantwoordelijkheid van Klap.life.

In geval van annulering van het evenement kan het niet naleven van de door de organisator aangegeven procedures voor de terugbetaling van tickets of reserveringen resulteren in het verlies van het recht om een dergelijke terugbetaling te verkrijgen. De Organisator heeft het recht om het ticketgedeelte, de boekingsprijs of de servicekosten van Klap.life niet terug te betalen. In geen geval worden de door Klap.life in rekening gebrachte servicekosten gerestitueerd.
