CANCELLATION and REFUNDS POLICY
In the unlikely event of having to cancel the charter, the following refunds of paid price will apply:
- All reservations cancelled at least two weeks before departure receive full refund except Credit card and Bank fees.
- All reservations cancelled between 14 and 7 days before  receive full refund except Credit card and Bank fees.
- All reservations cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours before departure receive full refund except Credit card and Bank fees and Klapster.com Commissions/Service Fees.
- All reservations cancelled between 24 hours and departure time or in case of no-show NO Refund will be issued.

NOTE: In the event that weather conditions do not allow the charter to take place on the reserved date, the client will receive a full refund except Credit card and Bank fees. This will apply for wind gusts of 25 knots or more and / or rain at the time of departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY - COVID 19
In out Terms and Conditions you will find a detailed Cancellation Policy by "Force Majeur" related to the COVID - 19 pandemic Identified by the "World Health Organization" in March 2020.
If Spanish restrictions mean that entry to the Balearic Islands is NOT allowed, we offer a FULL REFUND except Credit card and Bank fees .
In the event that the country of residence / departure implements measures that restrict departure, we offer a VOUCHER valid for 24 months from the day of the Charter.
