Have you already attended Landmine workshops or completed Level 1 in the morning? Then you are ready for a complete immersion! In this advanced module, we will explore the ins and outs of Landmine training methods and their applications in the world of fitness and athletic training. I will be able to learn advanced exercises such as the Landmine Snatch, rotational snatch as well as testing methods such as and programming with the help of VBT.
? Special focus on: VBT (Velocity-Based Training) and the art of training programming.
