In the event of cancellation of the event, failure to comply with the procedures that will be indicated by the organizer for the reimbursement of tickets or reservations may result in forfeiture of the right to obtain such reimbursement. The Organizer has the right not to refund the component of the ticket or booking price or the Klap.life service fees. Under no circumstances will the service fees applied by Klap.life be refundable.
