KLAP.life brings bookings, ticketing, memberships, CRM, payments, access control, marketing, analytics, AI and integrations into a single modular platform. Businesses can use the modules that match their needs while keeping customer data and operational workflows connected.
Each module can solve a specific operational requirement. Together they create one connected environment for operations, customers, revenue and growth.
A complete reservation-management module for hospitality businesses, venues, activities and experiences. It supports single-date and date-range bookings, individual or multi-person reservations, guest lists, deposits, add-ons, shared availability, operational agendas and floor, area or seat maps. Calendar and API connections help businesses coordinate availability with compatible external systems while keeping bookings, customers and payments in one platform.
An end-to-end ticketing module for single events, multi-date events and ongoing activities. Businesses can manage ticket types, capacities, automated sales windows, numbered seats, interactive maps, add-ons, guest lists, promotional links and QR ticket delivery. On-site scanning, refund workflows, referral attribution and sales reporting connect event operations with CRM, payments and analytics.
A membership and recurring-access module for gyms, sports centres, swimming pools, golf clubs, clubs and other subscription-led organisations. It supports daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual passes, as well as classes, courses, add-ons, member access and validity management. Sports workflows can also include medical-certificate expiry notifications.
A central analytics environment that converts operational activity into clear business information. It brings together sales, revenue, searches, page views, carts, referrals, marketing campaigns, PR activity and customer behaviour. Businesses can understand conversion, demand, sales sources and product performance, while AI-assisted reports and forecasts support faster commercial decisions.
A website integration that allows a business to sell bookings, tickets, memberships and add-ons directly from its own website. KLAP.life supplies the operational infrastructure while the customer follows a branded purchasing journey. The module supports embedded widgets, white-label flows, custom URLs, QR links, multilingual content and, on the applicable plan, the business's own Stripe, SumUp or PayPal gateway without requiring custom development.
An on-site admission module for tickets, bookings, memberships, passes and reserved areas. Authorised operators can validate QR codes or barcodes, confirm whether an entry has already been used, record the scan time and operate only on assigned events or access points. Multiple independent scan operators and API-based validation are supported. NFC ticket functionality is a planned extension and is not presented as a completed feature.
An optional distribution channel through which businesses can publish eligible events, activities, experiences and bookable services on KLAP.life. It provides an additional route for customer discovery without replacing the business's own website or white-label sales flow. Marketplace transactions remain connected to the same booking, ticketing, CRM, payment and reporting infrastructure, allowing direct and marketplace channels to work together.
A promoter, PR, influencer and affiliate-management module connected directly to events and sales. Businesses can manage PR profiles, assign promotional links and QR codes, monitor referrals and attribute visits, bookings, ticket sales and conversions to the correct partner. This provides measurable performance information for the distribution network while keeping PR management, customer data and commercial reporting inside the same platform.
A customer-activation module connected directly to bookings, tickets, memberships and CRM data. Businesses can create customer segments, send email campaigns, manage direct WhatsApp marketing, use tracked links, QR codes and UTM sources, and relate campaign activity to bookings and sales. Built-in AI assistance supports the preparation of marketing content, advertising and campaign workflows.
A unified customer-management system connected to every KLAP.life transaction. It combines customer profiles, contact details, booking and purchase history, company accounts, notes, activity timelines, mailing-list status and customer analytics. Businesses can search, segment and export customer data while maintaining direct ownership of the customer relationship and using the same database for marketing and reporting.
A property and resource-management environment for businesses that operate several services from one venue or property. It is designed to organise properties, operational areas and bookable resources such as rooms, tables, sunbeds, cabanas, sports facilities, restaurant services, activities and experiences through shared calendars and availability controls. The PMS is being expanded in phases to connect reservations, payments, CRM, analytics and channel-management workflows.
A calendar and availability-synchronisation module designed to reduce manual updates and conflicting reservations. Current workflows include ICS calendar exchange and API-based synchronisation, allowing KLAP.life availability to be shared with compatible external systems. The broader channel-management layer is being expanded to support deeper connections with accommodation, distribution and operational platforms, including Booking.com, Airbnb and other compatible providers.
A secure integration layer for approved businesses and technology partners. The API supports controlled access to events, calendars and availability, customers, sales, tickets, bookings, scan operators and ticket validation. Account-based permissions, ownership controls and separate test and live environments allow KLAP.life to operate as infrastructure behind external websites, applications, PMS platforms, ticketing systems and authorised partner services.
The embedded AI-assistance layer used across KLAP.life. It supports the generation and translation of event and promotional content, marketing and analytics reports, campaign preparation, data interpretation and AEO/GEO content workflows. AI is integrated into practical business processes and uses platform data to improve efficiency and decision support. The service is not presented as a proprietary foundation model trained entirely by KLAP.life.
A visibility-management module that helps search engines, AI assistants and answer engines understand a business, its locations, events and bookable services. It analyses approved website URLs, connects them to the correct KLAP.life brand or event data, and generates dynamic structured information, multilingual website scripts and content recommendations. Its purpose is to improve machine readability and discoverability; it does not guarantee rankings or AI citations.
A connected payment layer for bookings, tickets, memberships and add-ons. Businesses can use the KLAP.life marketplace payment flow or, on the applicable plan, connect their own Stripe, SumUp or PayPal gateway. The module links payments to orders, customers, tickets and reservations, and supports live and test configurations, deposits, partial payments, payment tracking and refunds. With an own gateway, funds are processed directly through the business account.
The predictive-intelligence engine being developed for the KLAP ecosystem. KLPA is designed to analyse verified platform activity such as searches, views, referrals, carts, campaigns, historical sales and customer behaviour to forecast demand, event sales, venue performance and marketing efficiency. It will provide scenario comparisons, risk indicators and recommended actions while clearly separating observed data, calculated estimates and AI-generated recommendations. KLPA is currently under development.
Each module can address a specific operational requirement, while connected data and workflows allow businesses to manage sales, customers, access, payments, marketing and performance from a unified environment.
